Shipping policy

We support & use sustainably sourced products, wherever we can, including in our packaging, using a combination of re-used, re-purposed, recyclable & bio gradable materials where ever possible. This means you sometimes may receive a re-purposed box, tissue paper or bubble wrap.

We take great care to ensure your order is packed with love and is well protected for its journey to you. We certainly hope that you never receive a faulty or damaged product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us at info@muthasmudga.com.au within 48hrs of receiving your package and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

We will endeavor to process your orders as quickly as we can. We process orders from Tuesday to Friday. Please allow up to 1-5 business days for processing in addition to the  shipping timeframes of AusPost.

Standard flat rate for packing & shipping is $11.50 Australia wide

We ship all of our orders via Australia Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation from us, which will include a Tracking Number.

If picking up or have arranged a local drop off, please note there maybe a 3-5 day processing time and we will contact you once your goodies are ready for delivery, to confirm details.

We only sell and send Australia wide due to custom legalities.
