Shipping Policy
We offer Free Local Delivery for customers within 20km distance from Downtown Geelong, Victoria. If this is you and you wish to receive free drop off to your mailbox, please email us at info@muthasmudga.com.au to confirm your location and to the receive the coupon code for when you place your order.
We support & use sustainably sourced products, wherever we can, including in our packaging, using a combination of re-used, re-purposed, recyclable & bio gradable materials where ever possible. This means you sometimes may receive a re-purposed box, tissue paper or bubble wrap.
We take great care to ensure your order is packed with love and is well protected for its journey to you. We certainly hope that you never receive a faulty or damaged product from us.
If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us at info@muthasmudga.com.au within 48hrs of receiving your package and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
We will endeavor to process your orders as quickly as we can. We process orders from Tuesday to Friday. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing in addition to the shipping timeframes of Australia Post.
Standard flat rate for packing & shipping is $11.50 Australia wide.
We ship all of our orders via Australia Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation from us, which will include a Tracking Number.
If picking up or have arranged a local drop off, please note there maybe a 3-5 day processing time and we will contact you once your goodies are ready for delivery, to confirm details.
We only sell and send Australia wide due to custom legalities.
Refund Policy
We take great care to ensure your order is packed with love and is well protected for its journey to you. We certainly hope that you never receive a faulty or damaged product from us.

Please inspect your order upon receipt, please take a photo of the item/s in question and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. - Due to the nature of the products we offer, if items have been opened, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Please be in contact with us prior to returning any items to confirm the correct return address.
Mutha Smudga does not offer refunds for a change of mind purchase.
Store credits will be at the discretion of Mutha Smudga.
